Apartment Two

Situated on the second floor, apartment two has lots of character, a cosy feel and sleeps two. It has a home entertainment system comprising 42'” HD plasma TV, Sky+ with HD, Denon stereo system (simply plug in to your iPhone or iPad using the USB connector), Blu-Ray/DVD player, Wi-Fi, and Napster subscription, giving you access to over 15 million tracks.

Living /dining room

The spacious 15' x 15' lounge/diner has a view facing the village centre and the River Windrush. It is equipped with a three-seater reclining leather sofa, oak dining table and chairs beside the window (so you can appreciate those village and river views), and remote-controlled mood lighting to complete the atmosphere. 


The small, well-equipped kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.


The comfortable air-conditioned bedroom has a luxurious king-size Vispring bed, wardrobe, dressing table (with hairdryer) and wall-mounted 32” LCD TV. The high vaulted ceiling accommodates a mezzanine floor – accessed via a fixed ladder – that houses a desk, storage cupboards and a roof light overlooking the courtyard.


The ensuite bathroom has a large bath, separate shower, heated fuel towel rail, bath robes, ceiling mounted speakers with volume control, luxury jumbo-size bath towels, backlit mirror (with separate magnifying mirror), floor to ceiling tiles, and underfloor heating.


The apartment is equipped with a burglar alarm, fire alarm, safe, and Garrison locks on the main door as well as the apartment.

Please note that the nature of Cotswold Perfumery’s 300-year-old building means apartment two is truly multi-level, with steps between most rooms. While this adds great character, it may be a consideration if mobility is an issue. If in doubt, please see our access statement.
