How do I order from the Cotswold Perfumery?
Spotted the perfect gift in our online shop, or decided to treat yourself? Ordering from the Cotswold Perfumery couldn’t be easier – either place your order on this website or call us on 01451 820698.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your online order using the secure WorldPay system, where we accept most credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit and Visa Debit, or PayPal. We also offer payment by several foreign currencies, including US dollars, Australian dollars, Euros, Chinese yuan renminbi or Japanese yen.

How quickly will you despatch my order?
We normally despatch your order the same day, but it can take up to 72 hours during busy times such as Christmas – so please allow plenty of time to order those Christmas gifts!
Please be aware that due to COVID and associated isolation requirements some delivery companies are experiencing service delays in some areas so please allow for this when ordering.
Do you post overseas?
We are currently unable to send goods overseas.
If you live overseas and want to purchase a product that can’t be sent by post, we suggest you wait until you know someone travelling to the UK, and ask us to send your order to their UK address. They can then bring it back – legally – in their luggage (provided they don't exceed the maximum import allowances for your country).
In the case of items that are being posted outside the EC, we will automatically deduct VAT and add postage at cost.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you’re ordering a present and need us to send it direct to a friend or relative, you’ll like our gift wrapping service.
For just £1.50 we’ll gift wrap your order, including a card with your personal message and sending it to arrive on or just before the date you specify. Just click the gift wrap option when you order.
Can I return my order?
Of course, we hope you’ll be delighted with your order from Cotswold Perfumery, but if you’re not completely happy – for whatever reason – send it back within 30 days of receipt, and provided we receive it in good condition we will refund your purchase price in full.
